Luambe National Park

Luambe National Park is one the smallest parks in Zambia, only 247 km squared. It is located between the North and South Parks on the eastern part of the Luangwa River. Access to the park can only take place between May and October as the roads are impassable during the rain season. Not even the best 4 wheel drive can drive through. The park has abundant vegetation, bird life and its animal population keeps on increasing.
